This study aims to determine the effect of Village Fund Allocation on community empowerment and community welfare improvement in the Barane Environment, Baurung Village, Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency. This type of research is quantitative because of this research
requires statistical testing. The data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. This research's sampling technique is a purposive sampling; this technique is used because the researcher selects respondents based on specific criteria. This study uses statistical data analysis methods. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The results showed that the village fund allocation had a positive and significant effect on community empowerment. The provision of Village Fund Allocation is a manifestation of fulfilling the village's right to carry out its autonomy so that it grows and develops following the growth of the village itself based on diversity, participation, autonomy, democratization, and community empowerment can increase the role of the Village Government in providing services and improving community welfare. The allocation of village funds has a positive and significant effect on improving community welfare. Village Community Welfare is a process in which members of the village community initially discuss and determine their desires, then plan and work together to fulfil their wishes.
