Abstract
This article highlights the ability of a heat pump today to draw energy from the environment and its features that distinguish it well from other heat generators, allowing it to emit all its heat losses into the atmosphere along with combustion products. Calculating the efficiency of a heat pump with a steam compressor is a very complex task that can be solved taking into account certain operating conditions.
