Improving the Financial Management of Enterprises with State Participation

During the years of reforms, deep structural changes have taken place in the economy of Uzbekistan, affecting, among other things, its basis - property. As a result of economic transformations, the volume of state property has sharply decreased, and the rest has undergone significant qualitative changes. Mixed forms of ownership with qualitatively new characteristics appeared. These changes were especially relevant for the most mobile and significant, from the point of view of the state's economic development strategy, part of state property, represented by state participation shares in the authorized capital of industrial enterprises.
