Abstract

This article provides information on the history of the Tashkent principality, the origin of the word Tashkent, its division into districts, its rule by different dynasties, the unification of the district by YunusKhoja, and the works of historians. It is written about the expansion of the borders of the Tashkent principality, the emergence of administrative-territorial units.
