Technology of Cultivation and Primary Processing of Medium-Ripe Melons in Khorezm Region

Abstract

If we look at the history of agriculture in Uzbekistan, gardening is one of the oldest industries. Archaeological excavations in Khorezm have revealed that melons were also used in the oasis in prehistoric times. Currently, due to the changes in the agriculture of the Republic, attention is paid to horticulture. Especially in a market economy, when food is a problem, there is a need to increase the production of watermelons, melons and squash, which are valuable crops.
